Laurence has been leading numerous risk management programmes for more than 15 years. She created Risk One in 2004 in Paris with a focus on market and credit risk management consulting in the financial sector.
Prior to launching her own company, she was a manager and a partner in KPMG Peat Marwick and Plaut Financial Services, where she led multi-million Euro programs in risk management for large European investment banks and Asset Managers.
Laurence and her team have a special focus on execution and a unique track record of successful project delivery in the risk management sector.
Her specificity lies in her mixed background: combining quant qualifications and project management skills, which she uses to carry out Executive Committees’ directives and to efficiently lead development projects.
Laurence graduated from a French Grande Ecole (EDHEC) and has a Master’s degree in Mathematical Finance from La Sorbonne University.
